Who can participate in the 1% Cashback campaign?
All Maltese businesses can participate in the 1% Cashback campaign using their wamo business debit cards. If you don’t have a debit card already, you can create a virtual business debit card in the app. All types of payments to the Maltese government made through wamo business debit card will be counted towards the Cashback campaign.
What are the limitations of the Cashback Offer?
This special deal is applicable only for wamo customers registered in Malta. The campaign will be valid between 1st of September 2023 and 31st of August 2024, for a period of 1 year. It is a deal crafted by wamo and its partners to support Maltese based businesses.
What is the minimum and maximum amount of Cashback?
There is no cap limit to the Cashback amount you can earn, and all funds will be credited by the end of next month.
For instance, if you make an Income tax payment of 100,000€, VAT payment of 50,000€, social security contribution of 400,000€, for a total of 550,000€ in September, wamo will credit your account 5,500€ by the 31st of October.
When will I receive my Cashback?
You will receive the 1% Cashback from wamo at the end of the next month after your payment.
For instance, if you make a Income tax payment of 10,000€ on the 15th of September, wamo will credit your account 100€ on the 31st of October.
