Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

This campaign is a customer-exclusive, limited-time activation offer provided by Wamo to selected merchants (“Eligible Customers”). The campaign is designed to encourage card usage and adoption of AI tools by rewarding eligible spending with cashback.

Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Campaign Terms & Conditions.

  1. Eligibility

This campaign is available only to merchants selected by Wamo as part of this campaign (“Eligible Customers”).

In addition:

  • Merchants who join Wamo by May 31, 2026 are eligible for this campaign

  • Eligibility is determined solely by Wamo based on internal criteria and segmentation logic

Wamo reserves the right to include or exclude merchants from the campaign, and to modify eligibility at any time, at its sole discretion.

3. Campaign Benefits

AI Tools Cashback Offer

Eligible Customers may receive:

  • 50% cashback on eligible AI tool spend made with their Wamo Visa Debit Card

  • Cashback is calculated based on successful transactions during the campaign period

  • Maximum cashback is capped at €50 per merchant per month

4. Cashback Conditions

  • Cashback applies only to successful and completed transactions made with the Wamo Visa Debit Card

  • Cashback is valid for AI tools-related spending only

  • Reversed, refunded, disputed, or cancelled transactions are excluded

  • Cashback has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred outside the Wamo account

  • Any abuse, manipulation, or artificial transaction behavior may result in disqualification

Wamo reserves the right to withhold or reclaim cashback in cases of suspected misuse or breach of these Terms.

5. Non-Eligible Transactions

In addition to Wamo’s standard cashback exclusions, the following transactions are not eligible:

  • ATM cash withdrawals

  • Temporary holds or pre-authorisations

  • Chargebacks

  • Online gambling / casinos

  • Betting and gambling transactions

  • Government services

  • Card receive transactions (e.g. refunds)

  • Inbound transfers to your Wamo account

  • Outbound transfers, including fees and subscriptions

6. Campaign Period

📅 Eligibility Period:

  • Merchants must join Wamo by May 31, 2026 to qualify

📅 Cashback Period:

  • Eligible transactions made until August 31, 2026 will be considered for cashback

7. Cashback Payout

Cashback is calculated on a monthly basis (per merchant, per month)

  • The maximum cashback is capped at €50 per merchant per month

  • Each month’s eligible transactions are calculated separately

  • Cashback will be credited according to Wamo’s standard cashback payout processes and timelines

  • Payments will be made directly to the merchant’s Wamo account

8. Required Actions

To remain eligible for the campaign, merchants must:

  • Maintain an active Wamo account

  • Use their Wamo Visa Debit Card for eligible AI tools transactions

Failure to meet these requirements may result in loss of campaign benefits.

9. General Conditions

This campaign cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated

  • Wamo’s standard Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice, Fees & Pricing, and Acceptable Use Policy apply

  • Wamo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers

👉 Wamo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice

  • All decisions regarding eligibility, cashback calculation, and rewards are final

10. Governing Law

These Campaign Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
