Wamo Account Payables provides a workflow for capturing, reviewing, approving, and paying bills with an audit trail and analytics. The demo opens the payables view, where the AP aging view groups outstanding bills by overdue, due this week, due this month, and later due dates. It also identifies missing details and possible duplicate invoices and shows whether each bill is approved, rejected, or waiting for approval. The user clicks Add new bill to capture invoices by forwarding email to a unique AP inbox, uploading PDF, PNG, or JPG files by drag-and-drop or file browser, or creating a bill manually. Wamo creates coded drafts, extracts vendors, line items, dates, totals, and other fields, and prepares them for review. The user opens a bill such as WorkHub Coworking, checks its extracted details beside the source PDF, and clicks the edit control to review or add line items before submitting, approving, or rejecting the bill. The demo also shows the Trust & Compliance and History sections for each bill. Trust & Compliance displays the agent’s confidence level and checks such as vendor matching, payment details, VoP/CoP, and anomaly detection, while History records bill creation, status changes, and later updates. In Vendors, the user opens Marco Rossi Consulting to view total spend, open balance, average invoice value, on-time payment percentage, contact information, address, bank accounts, and VAT ID. In settings, the user reviews approval policies and selects Add new to create a sentence-style rule. For example, the policy can set Amount greater than or equal to $2,000 and add Avery as an approver; a condition can instead use Auto-approve when no approval is required. The demo concludes by reviewing team members and roles, including Admin, Payer, Viewer, and Approver, to control visibility and sensitive payment actions.
