Promotion of POS Terminals – wamo Solutions Ltd
1. Chargeback Fee
A fee of €30 will be charged for each chargeback received. This fee applies regardless of the outcome of the chargeback dispute and covers the administrative and processing costs associated with handling chargeback cases.
Lost or Damaged Terminal Fee
If a POS terminal provided by Wamo is lost, stolen, or returned in a damaged or non-functional condition (excluding reasonable wear and tear), a fee of €250 will be charged to the Merchant.
This fee reflects the replacement cost and administrative expenses incurred by Wamo.
3. Non-Return Fee (Unused Terminals)
If a POS terminal provided by Wamo is lost, stolen, or returned in a damaged or non-functional condition (excluding reasonable wear and tear), a fee of €250 will be charged to the Merchant.

4. General Provisions
● Wamo reserves the right to deduct applicable fees directly from settlement funds or invoice the Merchant for payment.
● In case of disputes regarding fees, the Merchant must notify Wamo in writing within ten (10) business days from the date of the fee charge.
● Wamo may update or revise these fees from time to time with prior written notice in accordance with its standard Terms and Conditions.
● Continued use of the POS terminal following notification of such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised fees.
